Quick Response Templates are pre defined templates, which can be used to submit check-out remarks in much more efficient manner.
Templates are defined by admin user of the account via Workmate web portal.
Once you select any template from the Quick response menu , Check out remarks section gets filled.
Also if required you want to add some more text in remarks (apart from pre-defined template) then same can be done via Remarks text field.
If you want to select multiple templates then application will combine all the selected templates while submission of check out remarks.
